What we collect, and why.

Sift is operated by Richards Analytics Ltd, trading as FolioSift. You can reach us at matt.richards@foliosift.com.

• Your email address, used for sign-in and support.
• Manually entered holdings, if you choose to add them.
• Your saved, pass, question, and remove decisions.
• XP and progress within the app.
• Usage events, used to improve the product.

• No broker connection initially, so no brokerage account data is imported.
• No direct card collection in the iOS app where Apple payments are used — Apple handles the payment details.
• No selling of personal data to third parties.

To sign you in, keep your Shelf and decisions in sync, answer support requests, and understand which parts of the product help people learn. Usage events are used in aggregate for product improvement.

Data is stored with reputable infrastructure and analytics providers acting on our instructions. We share only what those providers need to run the service, and never for their own marketing.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Email us from the address you signed in with and we'll take care of it.

If this policy changes materially, we'll tell early access members by email before the change takes effect.
